Nancy Padberg, MBA

Nancy Padberg, MBA, President & CEO, is an award-winning Catholic servant leader who presents practical culture insights shaped by her experience inspiring teams in Santa Monica, New York, San Francisco, Helsinki, and Phoenix. She earned her MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, competed in collegiate golf at Iowa State University.

Nancy was selected Titan 100 CEO, selected one of 25 Outstanding Women in Business, and was selected from more than 2,200 candidates as one of the Most Influential Women in Business.
